The Curriculum

Montessori x Forest x Boston Public Schools

At Brighter Beginnings Children’s Center, the blending of Montessori, Forest School, and Boston Public School teaching approaches forms the foundation of a truly balanced and enriching early education experience. By integrating the self-directed, independence-driven philosophy of Montessori learning, the nature-based exploration of Forest School, and the structured academic framework of the Boston Public School curriculum, BBCC cultivates well-rounded learners who are curious, confident, and capable.

This thoughtful combination allows children to develop critical thinking skills and a deep love for discovery while also preparing them for future academic success. Through hands-on experiences, outdoor learning, and collaborative classroom activities, children at BBCC not only strengthen their minds but also their sense of self, empathy, and connection to the world around them.
